Prices include boat, paddle, spraydeck where necessary, buoyancy aid.

We can also provide:  Cag £3 per day, Dry bag £2 per day, Expedition leader pack (pump, compass, split paddle) £10 per trip.

If you require the boats to be taken to the water we will do so if we are available. Rates: £10 delivery or collection within a 7 mile radius (includes Mallaig). Outwith this by prior agreement.

EQUIPMENT NOT RETURNED ON TIME WILL BE CHARGED AT THE DAY RATE

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

We DO NOT hire out KAYAKS or CANOES to complete beginners or inexperienced paddlers unless paddling with someone competent who is taking responsibility for their safety. You must assure us of your personal competence and inform us where you intend using the kayak. Hire is subject to availability.

You are responsible for your own and the rest of your group's safety. Hirers are fully responsible for the kayak and equipment throughout the hire period and must ensure that THEY ARE PERSONALLY INSURED for any injuries. Any loss or damage to any of our equipment must be paid for in full at the end of hire period.

CANCELLATION - no charge for cancellation up to 7 days prior to hire. Within 7 days you may be charged up to full amount if we are unable to re-hire.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• A roof rack and straps to securely tie on boats.
• Suitable waterproof and windproof clothing.
• Drinking water and food.
• Emergency communication device .
• Local area map of the area you intend to paddle. We have some laminated local area maps you can borrow.
